Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY FREE OF CHARGE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £35.OO OTHERWISE £4.00 FLAT SURCHARGE. DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK ONLY (excluding Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Isles).

Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming the details, please double check that the details are correct as this will form the job sheet instructions that we will use to manufacture your blinds.

Please note that all replacement fabrics are hand produced and once finished will be despatched to you, the process can take anything between 3-5 working days (a working day does not include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays) dependant on how busy we are at any particular time, bank holidays and stock levels.

Your order will be shipped with either Royal Mail or Citylink, dependent upon the size and weight of your order. On the main we use Citylink for orders that do not include long or heavy parcels, this is a 24 hour service and we will inform you as soon as they have collected the parcel so that you have an idea of when to expect to take delivery. Parcel tracking is not available and although delivery is on an overnight basis it is not within our control to indicate a delivery time. If you wish the item(s) to be delivered to a separate postal address such as work or family addresses then please indicate on the paypal checkout instructions at the time of order or simply drop us an email of the address details - we will confirm to you any instructions that we receive.
